Carol L. Gorley, Executive Director

Carol has been the Executive Director of the Chamber since December 2013. Prior to that she taught at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash and the University of Southern Indiana. She also worked in marketing and public relations for a community bank and real estate developer. Carol earned a BS in Economics and Government from Centre College in Danville, KY and spent a semester at the London school of Economics.

Carol and her family have lived in the area since 2007. When not working for the Chamber, she can be found cheering at their children’s running events or helping with their son’s Scout troop.

Gerri Harbison, President

Huff Realty

Gerri Harbison, her husband and family have been Montgomery residents since 1985. Gerri has been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and is currently a Sales Vice President with Huff Realty. She has been a recipient of the Five Star Professional Award from 2011-2016, which is awarded to the top 2% of real estate agents in the area. She is a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, currently serving on the Grievance Advisory Committee and RPAC Committee. Gerri is a current member of Montgomery City Council, having been elected in 1999 and serving as Mayor from 2005-2011. On behalf of the City, Gerri is a member of the Executive Committee of the Hamilton County First Suburbs Consortium and Much In Common Regional Planning Committee. She is a long time Hospice volunteer and member of Good Shepherd Parish. As a dedicated Montgomery volunteer, Gerri was a member of the Bicentennial Commission in 1994-95 and has chaired the Montgomery 4th of July Festival in the Park since 1995, the Bastille Day Celebration in 1999 and the Sister Cities Commission from 1997-99 after joining Sister Cities in 1996.

Jim Mayer, Vice President

Twin Lakes

Jim has been the CEO of Twin Lakes in Montgomery since 2013. Twin Lakes provides multiple levels of care and service to its residents on over 65 acres of land in our community and crossing over into Indian Hill. He works with 130 associates to oversee the needs of 330 residents. Prior to joining Twin Lakes Jim developed the senior living communities at Berkeley Square and Westover; and has also worked with the aging population at Bethesda North and the Mercy Health System. He holds degrees in Medical Lab Technology from Cincinnati State; Zoology and Chemistry from Miami University; and a Master in Health Care Administration from Xavier University.

Jim and his wife Marian make their home on a farm outside of Hamilton.


Todd Steinbrink, Treasurer

Wealth Planning Corporation

Todd has been a Montgomery resident for nearly 20 years, and served for 12 years on its City Council and as Mayor.   

A product of Sycamore High School and Indiana University’s School of Business, Todd began working in the financial services industry in 1988, primarily on the institutional side of the mutual fund and insurance industry, educating and assisting financial advisors.  He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and now the President of Wealth Planning Corporation, an independent wealth advisory firm focusing on personal financial planning and generational wealth transfer located in the area.

Claire Krawsczyn, Secretary

Verano and The Space Community Workspace

Claire Krawsczyn is the owner and managing director of Verano, a local marketing and communications company, and the co-founder of The Space Community Workspace, a coworking venue in Montgomery.

From her days as a journalism student at Ohio University, Claire has found joy in words: reading, writing, analyzing, editing...when it comes to words, she’s all-in. Her love for language carried her across the ocean to Spain, where she studied as a student and then lived and worked for a year teaching English after graduating from OU. Claire spent several years in Washington, D.C., earning a master’s degree from Georgetown University and gaining professional experience at brands like The Discovery Channel, Nextel, and the American Health Care Association. Claire loves being back in her hometown of Cincinnati, where she and her husband, Adam, are busy chasing their daughter, A.J., and pup, Avon Barksdale.

Derek Tye, Immediate Past President

Derek is excited to contribute to the success of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce.  Living and working here has been very rewarding to Derek and his family of six.  He looks forward to the continued growth of the chamber in the next few years.
Derek brings a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Northern Kentucky University and a wealth of corporate sales experience to his award winning real estate sales team. With a focus on technology, he has developed a comprehensive website and marketing program for both the team and his clients. Derek concentrates mainly on representing consumers and investors in the Eastern area of Greater Cincinnati including Montgomery and surrounding communities.

James Stapleton


James Stapleton is the Area Manager for Regus in Kenwood & Downtown PNC. He moved to the area in 2014 from Buffalo, NY. Regus specializes in offering flexible office space for more savings, services and choice.

While in Buffalo he was on the Board of the Morlock Foundation which helps families dealing with childhood diseases and disabilities.  He was also a member of many Chambers including the Cheektowaga Chamber where he lead their monthly morning networking meetings; and the Amherst Chamber where he was on the board of Emerging Business Leaders Young Professionals group and a member of their Pro-Net networking group. As a member of the Montgomery Ohio Chamber of Commerce Jim is involved in Sales School; the Membership Committee; and has volunteered at other events.

James has a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from Daemen College and lives with his wife and young son.

Joe Danzer

Joseph Danzer Photography, Google

Joseph Danzer is a professional photographer working in Cincinnati, Ohio and the surrounding area. He specializes in Google Business View photographic tours, professional headshots, and commercial photography services. He is one of the few Google Maps Business View Trusted Photographers in the United States. After months of specialized training, Joseph was certified as an independent contractor to Google. Joseph has been with the Google Business View program since its inception in early 2012 and is Google’s top performer for Cincinnati Ohio.

Originally from Portsmouth, Ohio Joseph has made Cincinnati his home since 2004. Joseph is on the board of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce,  a member of The Queen City Chapter of BNI, and the Professional Photographers of America.

Lori Dameron

Dameron Advisory, LLC

Lori is a Cincinnati native who graduated from Holmes High School and attended Northern Kentucky University. She has many years of experience in the banking industry.

She and her husband, Bob Dameron, can often be found cheering on the Reds and Bengals.


Lynda Roesch

Dinsmore & Shohl

Lynda Roesch is a partner in the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl. Her practice focuses on trademark and unfair competition law as well as copyright and intellectual property law. Lynda has actively worked with the U.S. House and Senate on legislation relating to trademarks and the internet.

Lynda has resided in Montgomery for more than thirty years, and has served as a member of the Montgomery Arts Commission and the Public Arts Committee. She has served on the Board of the Blue Ash Montgomery Symphony Orchestra for over ten years. She has been on Montgomery City Council for fifteen years and has been vice mayor since December 2015.

Meghan Donnellon Hyden

Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller

Meghan is a lifelong Cincinnati resident, graduating from Ursuline Academy and Ohio University. Meghan then earned her J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, following in the footsteps of her father and grandfather and joining the family business as a third generation attorney. Meghan is an Associate Attorney at Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller and practices in many areas with a focus on estate planning, probate and domestic relations. Meghan serves as the City Prosecutor for the City of Montgomery and assists her colleague (and father), Terry Donnellon, in his duties as Law Director for the City of Montgomery.

Meghan enjoys networking and meeting new people, and is excited to expand her role in the Chamber from member to the Board of Directors and help the Chamber grow and evolve. In addition to her role on the Board, Meghan also serves as a member of the Chamber Membership Committee, current member and past president of the Powerhouse Chapter of BNI, 2012 graduate of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL), and a 2012 graduate of the Montgomery Citizens Leadership Academy.

Meghan enjoys cooking with her family, as a member of the Smokin’ Irish competition barbeque team, and spending her time with her husband Matt and daughter Ellie.

Scott Reynolds

Waddell & Reed, Inc.  

Scott excited to be a part of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to helping the organization grow and develop. He and his wife, Melissa,  are glad to be raising their children here, and encourage their our neighbors to take advantage of the many opportunities this community provides.

Originally from Saskatchewan, Canada, Scott made his way to Cincinnati thanks to the sport of hockey. He graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Mercyhurst University (Erie, Pa.), where he competed as an NCAA Division I athlete, then spent four seasons playing professional hockey for the Cincinnati Cyclones (ECHL). After winning two championship cups for the city, Scott decided to settle down in the U.S. and begin a new career as a financial advisor. His integrity, focus, and tireless work ethic are assets to his clients and now to members of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce. In addition to providing proven investment and financial planning services to his clients, Scott spends his time developing new membership recruitment strategies for the Chamber of Commerce, and developing quality educational programming for Chamber members.

Steve Lohre, Immediate Past President

Steve is a lifelong entrepreneur, providing dynamic leadership for a business within the highly competitive world of medicine. The Chief Executive Officer armed with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, whose duties include the general management of the business as well as the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic initiatives. Steve is charged with the development of operational budgets, corporate structure, and the daily execution of activities to achieve the business goals.

Two children keep this well rounded executive involved in baseball, football, and a host of other activities.
