The Nominations Committee shall be composed of the Vice President serving as the Chairperson and two members, other than the members of the executive board, appointed from the active membership. The Nominations Committee is responsible for reviewing the credentials of interested members and preparing a final slate of candidates for all elective offices. No member seeking appointment to the Board may serve on the Nominating Committee.
