Get to know the team at 49Hundred

What is your favorite part of your job? (Aubree) My favorite part of my job is all the people I meet.  Everyone that walks through the door looking for a new home is a different type of person.  Everyone has their own story. Little interactions along the way I think are what we all look forward to.

Do you or your business donate to any charities? Which ones? Why? (Jen) As a company we are very active with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Hills sponsors an annual, company-wide fundraiser each year. It’s a great opportunity to get everyone involved in a little friendly competition for a really great cause. We are also involved in the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association, which sponsors multiple charitable events to benefit our local schools, communities, and families in need, especially with rental assistance in hard times.

What is your key to success? (Jen) Focus on the fundamentals. By ensuring that you have a solid base and positive habits in place, goals are achieved naturally.

Do you have any hobbies or activities of interest? What are they? (Megan) I’m a member of the Cincinnati Art Museum (one of my favorite places in the city), and the library is my second home; one of the best things about 49Hundred’s location is that the Blue Ash Library is our next door neighbor! I also belong to a running club in Oakley, and love spending time with my best friends and roommates.

If you could be talented at anything instantly, what would you choose? (Aubree) Singing; I’d love to be able to belt out my favorite song at a karaoke bar!

-What is one of your favorite quotes? (Megan) “If you never did you should. These things are fun, and fun is good.” Dr. Seuss

-Name one short term goal. (Jen) To fill the 49Hundred community with a sense of pride and contribution to the city of Blue Ash and to see that thought process reciprocated.

-Best advice anyone has given you? (Megan) Be your own advocate. Funnily enough both my mom and Jen have shared this insight with me, and it’s something I’ve come to believe is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.

-Describe yourself in 3 words. (Aubree) free spirited, positive, and joyful
