What is your favorite part of your job?

Delighting my customers.

What are the three most important things about your business?

  • When in doubt, over-communicate
  • Deliver what and when you promised
  • Mosquito management is a collaboration with the property owner

If you could explain your business in the most simple way, how would you?

Helping people take back their yard from mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas and the diseases they can carry.

What was the inspiration behind the business?

I wanted to provide a service that was needed and deliver it with top-notch customer service.

What is your key to success?

High-touch customer service and a quality product mix.

Best advice anyone has given you?

Talk less and listen more. 

What is one of your favorite quotes?

Name one short term goal.

To have 300 customers by August 30.

Do you or your business donate to any charities? Which ones? Why?

Mosquito Hunters donates to “Pets In Need” who provide low cost, standard veterinarian care, including flea and tick prevention, which compliments our yard services.    I personally volunteer and financially back Inter-parish Ministries because no child should go hungry, be without school supplies, or a Christmas present.

What is your favorite part about being a member of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce?

I learn from every gathering, whether it’s from the speaker or an attendee.

What is your favorite thing about owning a business in Montgomery?

Getting to see the beautiful yardscaping of its residents.

What is your favorite place to eat in Montgomery?

Carlo & Johnny’s.

Do you have any hobbies or activities of interest? What are they?

Visiting our National Parks. 39 so far….
