What is your favorite part or your job?
Having a client come out after a massage and tell us how much better he/she feels, especially when the therapist has helped relieve pain.

Do you or your business donate to any charities? Which ones? Why?
My family donates to United Way, the Freestore Foodbank, and Mercy Neighborhood Ministries.  We’ve chosen these because their focus is on improving the community by helping people build their capabilities.  We also donate to public radio because we are big consumers. Our business donates to Montgomery charities and the city schools because we want to be a contributing part of the city.

What is your key to success?
Listening and using what I hear to modify my behavior. Being persistent.  Being focused and direct.

Do you have any hobbies or activities of interest? What are they?
I exercise, love hiking and the outdoors, and reading almost anything.  I volunteer as a facilitator with the Goering Center for family and private businesses and am on United Way’s Success by Six council.  I’ve also been working on my MBA at Xavier.
