Watching people's reactions when they smell or taste a new spice, seeing them open themselves up to something new and hearing our customers describe how they use the spices.

Do you or your business donate to any charities? Which ones? Why?

Yes, 10% of all market sales go to Avon-Miami Charities which helps to feed all the homeless people in Cincinnati up to 4x a year. Drew worked an origination that ran a homeless shelter for years and is very passionate about homelessness.

What was the inspiration behind the business?

In our opinion, there was no high quality, fair priced spice vendors in the Northern Cincinnati area and we wanted to change that.

What is your key to success?

We start by purchasing high quality spices directly from the factory within days of being ground.  We blend our spices in small batches and leave out additives and fillers.  We are dedicated to producing high quality blends at a reasonable price.

I do Israel mixed martial arts (Krav Maga Maleh) and am a brown belt.

That it would be acceptable to have ice cream for breakfast.
