This year has required many of you to pivot within your businesses--and this is true also for the Chamber itself. In light of the recent emphasis on digital communication, we are making changes to our Marketing Benefits for Members effective January 2021.
This change is necessary to keep our Chamber as strong as possible. In 2020, there was an increase in demand for member-to-member communications, resulting in significantly more time dedicated to creating emails on behalf of members.
We believe this is an essential function of the Chamber, but we also recognize that we cannot maintain this level of communication without also accounting for the financial impact of the demand. As such, we have found it necessary to adjust the current level of the Member Marketing Benefit.
