ATTENTION ALL CHAMBER MEMBERS: Mr. Dick Bodner has stepped down as the Vice President (due to business commitments) but remains on the Board as a Director. As a result and in accordance with the Bylaws, a Special Election is called and will occur at the next Board Meeting on June 13th at 8:00 AM.
Nominations for VP are to be sent to Nomination Chair Bob Saul at BobSaul@att.net, or by mail to the Chamber at 9891 Montgomery Road, Suite 171, Montgomery, OH 45242. Nominations must be received by Close of Business on Friday June 8th. Prior to nominating an individual, the person making the nomination shall contact the potential candidate to determine that the individual is willing to serve. The person making the nomination shall clearly identify themselves and must be in good standing with the Chamber.
All members in good standing are eligible to vote in person at the Special Election: No proxies will be accepted.
The Nomination Committee members are: Bob Saul (Chair), Charlie Wright and Dick Bodner.
